The Sharks were delighted to announce that one of SA rugby’s most promising playmakers has put pen to paper on a deal with the Durban outfit from next season.
Flyhalf Siya Masuku will make Kings Park his new home from 2023-24, following two years with the Cheetahs in Bloemfontein.
The 26-year-old has stood out among the best domestic talents to don a No 10 jersey in South Africa since joining the Free Staters in 2021 after a stint in Spain, helping the men from Bloem reach the last 16 of the Challenge Cup.

Masuku previously played for the Leopards, Lions and Kings, having represented the Pumas at youth level.
With a cool-headed approach, and an accurate eye for goal and space on the field, Masuku will help the Sharks solve what has become a problem position at the union over the past few years.
