Paarl Gym have moved into the top half of the FNB rankings for the first time this year, following their 39-15 win against SACS.

Gimmies rose to ninth spot, their highest ranking on this list in 2015, while SACS dropped down from eighth to 12th. 

Lower down, there are three direct swaps, with EG Jansen and Jeppe trading places in 13th and 14th positions; Maritzburg rise above Waterkloof to 17th place; and Rondebosch are replaced at the bottom of the standings by Outeniqua.

Over at SASchoolSports.co.za, the top four are unchanged after all the teams won their respective matches. Following their 110-7 victory over Florida, Monument forced their way into fifth position, ahead of Michaelhouse who slipped to sixth.

SACS's 24-point defeat to Paarl Gym downgrades them 10 ranking spots from seventh to 17th, falling below EG Jansen, Grey High, Oakdale, Glenwood, Jeppe, Selborne, Dale, Outeniqua and Eldoraigne, who all soar up the list.

Wynberg and Bishops drop out of the elite group, to make way for Stellenberg and Rondebosch.

Schoolboyrugby.co.za has rewarded Affies for their biggest derby win over Waterkloof in 14 years, with the former rising to fourth place. SACS sink from fourth to 14th and Grey College climb four places to fifth.

At the foot of the standings, Eldoraigne and Boland Landbou replace Waterkloof and Worcester Gym.
