After four head-to-head rounds, Herschel Jantjies takes on Canan Moodie in the final showdown to determine which Bok made the most emphatic Test debut.
Jantjes is undefeated heading into the final after annihilating Bryan Habana in the opener, sneaking past Tonderai Chavhanga in the second, then smashing Schalk Burger and last week downing Bok captain Siya Kolisi in the penultimate round.
Like Jantjies, Moodie’s Test debut came in a blockbuster performance against Australia.

Pinpointed as a target man for the high ball, Moodie gave Wallabies winger Marika Koroibete all sorts of problems in the 2021-22 Rugby Championship round 4 clash in Sydney.
The 19-year-old and second-youngest Springbok debutant was solid as a rock, making 35 metres from four carries and beating one defender.

With the Boks holding a four-point lead just before the end of the first half, Moodie flew through the air to snatch Jaden Hendrikse’s contestable kick from right under the nose of Koroibete and streaked away to score his first Test try.
The 24-8 win was significant for the Boks, signalling their first victory against the Wallabies in Australia since 2013.
