Hall of Fame: Cheetahs edition
Among the most respected captains in Sharks history, former Springbok skipper Teichmann was a man who led by deed through a combination of toughness and a dogged work rate. He made 144 appearances for the Sharks, won Currie Cup titles in 1992, 1995, and 1996 (captain in 1995 and 1996), and led the side to two Super Rugby finals (1994 and 1996).
